Exporting products:-

If you have only one value per attribute, you will need only one row per product but if you want to assign multiple values for the same products then you are required to add multiple rows for those values.

Import or reindex data:- 

Once you completed your excel sheet, it’s time to import your product excel sheet to magento. Now follow the steps:

System >> Import / Export >>Import

Now select your file and click on import. If your file has less than 100 errors then it would be imported. Once you successfully imported all your products you have to refresh the page and then you will receive an index management warning, click the link to update your products. You have to re-index product price, category products and catalog search index. Once done this then check this live.
